Responsibilities:
Ensuring reliable operation and continuous optimisation of the IT infrastructure
Planning, designing, and implementing new IT services in test and production environments
Technical advice and support for internal and external customers, remotely and on-site
Handling incidents and changes as well as support in 2nd-level support
Conducting IT rollouts, system updates, and user training
Qualifications:
Completed IT education with solid knowledge of Microsoft server and client environments
Practical experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware vCenter or Citrix
Independent, structured, and precise working style as well as quick comprehension
Strong service and customer orientation as well as teamwork skills
Confident German language skills, driving licence advantageous, and residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
