Consulting, planning and implementation of cloud and IT infrastructure projects as well as continuous development of existing solutions
Technical support of customers in the area of IT services and system engineering
Analysis and optimisation of existing IT infrastructures as well as support in technical architecture decisions
Conducting training sessions and workshops to promote knowledge transfer within teams and with customers
Support in 3rd-level support for complex technical faults and issues
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification, ideally with further education at FA, HF or FH level
Several years of experience as a system engineer with Microsoft 365, Windows Server and client engineering
Good knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V, virtualisation as well as network, firewall and security solutions
Interest in modern cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure
Confident German language skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
