Responsibilities

• You lead the Development and Regulatory departments professionally, personally, and organisationally and are responsible for developing marketable products in the segments of cosmetics, sun protection, as well as washing, cleaning, and detergent products based on customer briefings.
• You ensure Regulatory Management for Switzerland and international markets and clarify relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• You manage the innovation process and advise customers in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• You lead, promote, and specifically develop your employees further.
• As a member of the management team, you contribute to the company strategy and cross-departmental projects.

Requirements

• Expert in the field of Development/Regulatory in the areas of cosmetics and detergents is essential
• Proof of competence in innovation and sustainability in your own area
• Customer-oriented, credible, strong in communication, and quality-conscious
• Leadership personality with the ability to motivate and develop the organisation and employees
• Integrative, team-oriented personality with high problem-solving skills, active in actions, and systematic in approach
