Head of Regulatory Affairs 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you to strategically lead and further develop the regulatory affairs activities in Switzerland. You ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, for example in the areas of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or life science regulations. Your tasks include:

• Responsibility for approval procedures, variations, and lifecycle management

• Close collaboration with authorities as well as maintaining a professional network with relevant stakeholders

• Advising management on regulatory issues and risks

• Leading, developing, and promoting the regulatory team

• Monitoring regulatory developments and deriving action strategies

• Supporting audits and inspections as well as ensuring compliance

What do I need to be successful?

You have a university degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a comparable field. Additionally, you possess:

• Several years of experience in regulatory affairs

• Sound knowledge of national regulatory requirements and processes

• Strategic thinking as well as strong analytical skills

• Fluent German and English skills, French is an advantage

• Confident handling of authorities and complex regulatory issues

• High personal responsibility, integrity, and loyalty

• Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
