Role:
In this role, you take on a central position in the international internal sales department and accompany customer orders and projects from inquiry to invoicing.
You coordinate various internal departments, support the field sales team and ensure that deadlines, costs and customer requirements are always kept in view. Responsibilities:
You support international customers and sales partners in day-to-day business
You prepare quotations and assist in handling inquiries and projects
You manage customer orders from entry to invoicing
You coordinate sales, logistics, purchasing, production planning and other interfaces
You assist in optimising sales, order and export processes
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education and good technical understanding
You bring experience in international internal sales or trade
You are familiar with export, customs and Incoterms
You communicate very well in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
You work independently, in a structured and customer-oriented manner
You keep an overview even with several parallel orders and projects
