Responsibilities:
- Ensuring monthly maintenance
- Active communication with customers and stakeholders
- Improvement of monitoring tools and expansion of the tool landscape
- Automation of processes and creation of reports
Qualifications:
- IT specialist with federal certificate (EFZ) or comparable qualification
- Basic programming knowledge (C#, Java) and multitenancy
- Experience in 2nd level support (2-3 years or as a graduate)
- Project management and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python)
- Very good German and good English skills
