You have solid knowledge in system engineering and want to help shape both the stable IT operation and the digital transformation of a company? In this role, you combine classic infrastructure topics with modern Microsoft technologies and support the further development of efficient business processes.
In addition to technical operations, you work closely with internal stakeholders, take responsibility in IT projects, and contribute improvement ideas from planning to implementation.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring stable operation and further development of the ICT system landscape
Participation in IT support within a small, versatile team
Analysis and optimisation of IT security measures
Administration of server, virtualisation, backup, and directory services
Support of Microsoft cloud environments, especially Microsoft 365 and Azure
Management of IT projects as well as implementation of digitalisation and automation solutions
Qualifications:
IT training with a focus on system technology or a comparable qualification
Solid knowledge in the administration of on-premise infrastructures
Practical experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and corresponding cloud projects
Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, or similar tools for process digitalisation
Initiative, analytical thinking, and a pragmatic approach
Good knowledge of German required
