Export/ Internal Sales Clerk (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Export processing including export control
- Customer support and correspondence in German, French and English
- Creating delivery notes, invoices and credit notes
- Master data maintenance
- Handling complaints
- Supporting the service team
Qualifications:
- Commercial basic training, preferably further training in foreign trade
- Experience in export and order processing
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English and French skills
- Good MS Office skills and confident handling of an ERP system
- Systematic, sales-oriented and independent working
- Communication and teamwork skills
