We will achieve together
Within the TGE management and the Thermal and Geothermal Solutions activity, you will contribute to the operation and optimisation of energy installations. Your mission is to analyse performance, monitor contractors and participate in continuous improvement projects. You will enhance operational data in an environment that fosters learning and professional development. The unit ensures the maintenance and development of energy infrastructures, notably off-grid heat pumps, to guarantee reliable and efficient operation for our clients and partners.
Your energy in the service of a sustainable Geneva
As part of your role, you will be specifically responsible for:
- Conducting a thesis or dissertation focused on HVAC operational realities;
- Developing an HVAC operation guide intended for the sector;
- Analysing the energy performance of installations from an academic perspective;
- Supporting operational activities and project management;
- Examining alarms, faults and feedback to improve reliability;
- Participating in targeted energy optimisation studies.
Your personality and skills
You demonstrate curiosity, rigour and organisational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. A first practical experience is appreciated. Your qualities include:
- Progressive autonomy and ability to seek appropriate solutions;
- Rigour and organisational skills in monitoring actions and data;
- Collaborative spirit and aptitude to work with diverse teams;
- Strong interest in technical installations and the energy transition;
- Ease with digital tools and technical databases (ADX, PowerBi);
- Proactive approach within a continuous improvement logic.
Your academic background:
- You hold a HES diploma at Bachelor or Master level in energy, thermal or climate engineering and wish to develop your skills in a stimulating environment.
The salary will be calculated based on an annual reference salary spread over thirteen payments, depending on your diploma:
- Bachelor: CHF 75,000 gross (100% basis) spread over thirteen payments.
- Master: CHF 78,000 gross (100% basis) spread over thirteen payments.
