Educational Director (M/F) at 100%

The Educalis group brings together three childcare centres (Les Petits Acrobates, La Nanosphère and Le Microcosme), a private school (Ecole Vivalys), a holiday camp organisation (Les Graines de Curieux) as well as a running club for toddlers (EducaRun). We are advertising a position for one of our childcare centres as:

You possess a true entrepreneurial spirit, combined with solid experience in leadership and team management. You take pleasure in supporting colleagues in their development, revealing talents, leading innovative educational projects and being present on the ground to support teams daily.

You contribute concretely to the development and reputation of an organisation recognised for its excellence. You know how to welcome, listen, reassure and convince. You know how to spark interest and inspire people to join your establishment, highlight its educational project and support families in choosing a living environment for their child. You actively contribute to the reputation, attractiveness and harmonious development of your establishment.

You are organised, responsive and proficient with basic IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). You are bilingual in French and English.

You meet all the prerequisite conditions in terms of experience, qualifications and professional training to hold a position recognised by the SCAJE as an educational director (reference director for SCAJE) or wish to undertake one of the recognised training courses.

You wish to fully commit long-term within a premium crèche group active in French-speaking Switzerland for over 15 years and recognised for its commitment to educational quality and professional development of its teams. You make no compromises on quality and are ready to take on a responsible role. You want to have a great deal of freedom of action.
