Role:
Do you want to use your sales experience and technical understanding in international customer contact? In this position, you advise business customers, develop suitable solutions, and support the acquisition of new orders. You work closely with your team and take on diverse tasks in internal sales.
Responsibilities:
You manage international business customers and address their commercial and technical concerns.
You acquire new orders through active telephone customer contact and further develop existing business relationships.
You develop individual solutions for special customer requirements and assist in selecting suitable products.
You prepare quotations and follow them up independently to ensure successful business transactions.
You coordinate with internal departments to ensure reliable and customer-oriented advice.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education with a Federal VET Diploma and strong technical understanding or a technical apprenticeship with commercial further training.
You have several years of experience in international internal sales.
You are confident in using MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
You convince through customer orientation, communication skills, teamwork, interconnected thinking, as well as an independent, structured, and reliable working style.
You have very good German and English skills; French knowledge is an advantage.
