For an established company with a complex IT landscape, an experienced personality in the field of Cyber Security Governance, Risk & Compliance is sought. In this role, you take a central position in the further development of information security management and ensure that security requirements, regulatory specifications, and established standards are consistently implemented.
You operate at the interface between cyber security, risk management, and business continuity. You work closely with various internal specialist departments and ensure a high level of security through structured processes, meaningful reports, and regular tests.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance and further development of the ISMS according to ISO 27001 including policies, processes, and documentation
Identification, assessment, treatment, and monitoring of cyber and information security risks
Ensuring compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and normative requirements
Establishment and further development of business continuity management as well as third-party risk management
Planning and conducting internal and external audits, certifications, and tabletop exercises
Preparation of management reports, dashboards, and key figures for relevant decision-making bodies
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or studies in computer science HF/FH
Further training or certification in cyber security, information security, or risk management
Good knowledge of relevant security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST
Analytical and conceptual skills as well as pronounced problem-solving competence
Independent, structured, and responsible working style
Communicative and team-oriented personality with very good German skills and enthusiasm for cyber security
