Software Engineer Automation (m/f/d)
Your contribution to smooth production – more exciting than it sounds. Our Rocken partner develops and manufactures highly specialised conveyor systems for industrial production. The core: technologies that guarantee stable product handling between processing and packaging. The field of activity includes buffer systems, cooling and drying systems as well as cleaning solutions for conveyor belts. Everything revolves around maximum throughput, gentle handling and high system availability. This is real engineering work – practical, technically demanding and directly at the pulse of production. - Development, programming and commissioning of PLC software for automation systems
- Analysis and optimisation of existing automation processes
- Creation of technical documentation and operating instructions
- Troubleshooting and rectification of faults in automation systems
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to integrate software solutions into existing systems
- Support in planning and implementing projects
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in PLC programming (e.g. Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT)
- Sound knowledge of automation and control technology
- Experience with HMI systems and network technologies
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills advantageous
