As a diversified real estate service provider, we combine retail expertise with real estate know-how through our Center Management. This enables us to take on the technical and economic general management of entire shopping centres for our clients.

To complete our team, we are looking for a committed person as:

Technical Manager (m/f/x)
Geneva, 100%

Your contributions:

• Independent management of a portfolio of commercial properties
• Ensure administrative, technical and financial monitoring of the properties
• Be the main contact for tenants, owners, craftsmen and authorities
• Plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance, renovation and repair work
• Prepare budgets, control costs and ensure the profitability of the properties
• Carry out inspections, visits and negotiations related to leases
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements

Your profile:

• Basic technical training, Certificate, ES, HES or equivalent level
• Additional training in Facility Management is an advantage
• Proven professional experience in a comparable position
• Confirmed leadership; excellent negotiation and communication skills at all levels and with stakeholders from all backgrounds
• Interest in both operational and strategic responsibilities
• Service-oriented mindset towards owners, tenants and clients
• Native French speaker with good understanding of German and English is an advantage
