This succession search is being conducted confidentially. We are looking for a committed individual as HR Generalist 80-100% from September 2026. Your tasks with the new employer:
- In everyday life, you take overall operational responsibility for the HR area and are the first point of contact for all HR questions from around 300 employees
- You ensure the timely and correct preparation of the monthly payroll in close coordination with HR management
- You are the interface to the finance department and ensure a smooth flow of information
- You personally accompany employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including conducting recruitments
- Managers and executive management appreciate your advice on personnel issues, conflicts and finding solutions
You offer your new employer:
- At least three years of professional experience in operational HR, including independent responsibility for payroll and administration, is required
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law is applied confidently in daily business and ideally supported by an HR specialist certificate
- An independent, structured and pragmatic way of working is expected, with which even complex issues are approached in a solution-oriented manner
- Ideally, you have experience with Abacus or comparable HR tools and also bring know-how in the introduction and further development of systems
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form are essential, French skills are an advantage, English skills are expected at least at B2 level
