What is my role?

As a competent sparring partner, you ensure proactive operational and partly strategic advice and support for supervisors across departments, taking into account the company and HR strategy.

• As a member of the HR management team, you actively shape the further development of the HR department

• You participate in exciting projects and contribute your expertise

• You accompany peer coachings and promote collegial exchange

• You take on speaker duties within internal seminars and training sessions

• You take care of diverse HR topics and continuously develop them further

What do I need to be successful?

Completed training as a HR specialist with a professional certificate and ideally specific further education in the HR field at CAS, MAS or EMBA level or a business degree with a focus on HRM

• Comprehensive and long-standing experience in advising and supporting managers on labour law and all personnel-related issues

• Initiative, flexible and proactive personality with an entrepreneurial mindset

• High willingness to learn and change as well as strong implementation skills

• Desire to shape and enjoyment in driving things forward

• Affinity for personnel development, HR controlling and project management

• Enthusiasm for current trends and their practical implementation in human resources

• Experience in healthcare is an advantage
