We are currently looking for an HR Consultant 80-100% for a larger company in the Thun region. The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement. The workplace is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport.

Your tasks with the new employer

• You advise managers and employees on all HR and labour law matters and successfully implement modern HR strategies
• You design projects, further develop processes and actively contribute innovative ideas
• You independently conduct coaching sessions, internal training and support the development of managers and employees
• You analyse personnel challenges, develop practical solutions and implement them together with the specialist departments
• Close collaboration with the HR service team allows you to focus on demanding consulting and development tasks

You offer your new employer

• You hold the Swiss Federal HR Certificate and ideally further training at CAS, MAS or EMBA level
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner as well as sound knowledge of labour law and advising managers distinguish you
• You bring experience in personnel development, HR controlling, project management as well as an interest in modern HR topics; experience in healthcare is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, willingness to change and an open, solution-oriented personality complete your profile
