For our client, an established Swiss SME in the professional services sector, we are looking for an HR Manager 80-100% to start immediately or by arrangement. The company is characterised by a lot of personal responsibility, short decision-making paths and a down-to-earth collaboration. In this role, you will have the freedom to manage HR holistically and actively shape its further development. The workplace in the Bern area is easily accessible.

Your tasks with the new employer

• You will independently be responsible for the entire HR administration from entry to exit, including payroll, social insurance and personnel-related documents
• You will conduct recruitments together with the specialist departments and attract suitable professionals also through active sourcing
• You will support and advise employees on HR-related issues and ensure compliance with labour law requirements
• You will actively contribute to the further development of HR processes and the organisation and bring your expertise into internal projects as well as overarching topics

You offer your new employer

• You bring an HR professional certificate as well as a business or management education or further training
• You have several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role in an SME as well as knowledge in recruiting, payroll and social insurance
• Very good German skills and confident handling of digital tools complete your profile; knowledge of public procurement is an advantage
• You are an independent, structured and discreet personality with initiative and enjoy exchanging ideas with different stakeholders
