For our client, a successful SME from the construction and craft sector in Oberaargau, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a HR Generalist 80–100%. In this responsible generalist role, you will largely manage operational HR independently and actively contribute to the further development of HR processes. Your tasks with the new employer

• You are responsible for the entire personnel administration along the employee lifecycle – from recruitment through onboarding and offboarding to reference letter creation
• You independently and reliably carry out the monthly payroll processing including time tracking as well as the management of social insurances
• You organise training and internal employee events and act as a competent contact person for employees and managers in administrative HR matters
• In addition, you actively contribute to HR projects and continuously develop existing processes

You offer your new employer

• You have a commercial basic education and further training in human resources
• Several years of experience in a broadly based HR function as well as sound payroll knowledge distinguish you
• You bring very good German skills, proficient MS Office knowledge and ideally experience with Sorba; additional foreign languages are an advantage
• You convince with an independent, discreet and structured way of working as well as a pronounced service orientation and high social competence
