Team Leader Accounting & Human Resources (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 105,000Our partner is a service company in the field of multimedia, television, internet, and fixed-line or mobile telephony. With around 100 employees, our partner offers customised products for private and business customers, ranging from simple support to complex solutions.
Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced individual for a versatile leadership role at the interface of financial accounting and human resources. You will take central responsibility for the financial and personnel-related processes of several companies and lead a small team. You combine professional expertise with organisational skill and ensure reliable handling of ongoing processes.
Responsibilities:
You lead a small team and coordinate collaboration with various internal interfaces
You are responsible for the entire accounting of two SMEs and ensure correct and timely processing of financial processes
You prepare the annual financial statements and ensure a structured preparation for the annual audit
You manage accounts payable and ensure reliable processing of the corresponding processes
You are responsible for payroll and support various tasks in personnel management
You prepare VAT and social benefits statements and ensure their timely processing
Qualifications:
You have a higher education in finance and human resources, for example a federal diploma in finance and accounting
You bring several years of professional experience in accounting and human resources and ideally have some leadership experience
You have experience in an SME environment and work independently, precisely, and responsibly
You have a strong IT affinity and ideally experience with Infoniqa/Sage in the area of accounting and payroll
Fluent German language skills are required
