Commercial Employee Export & Order Processing 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Our client is an internationally oriented company in the chemical-technical industrial sector and offers high-quality products for professional and industrial applications. A broad range of applications and a consistent customer focus characterise the successful market position.
Responsibilities:
Professionally handle customer contacts from domestic and foreign markets
Record order processes and monitor their execution
Create and process quotations and sales documents
Obtain and communicate feedback on delivery dates
Coordinate export orders including necessary documents
Provide administrative support to sales staff
Prepare enquiries and documents for management
Prepare product samples and coordinate their shipment
Qualifications:
Commercial qualification and practical experience in internal sales
Knowledge of administrative order processing
Good user skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with ERP systems
Initial experience with international delivery processes
Reliable, organised and independent working style
Confident German in written and spoken communication
Good English skills; French is an additional advantage
