Your Tasks
- Carrying out field service assignments at customers in the region
- Planning and implementation of small projects in the area of client, server and network infrastructures
- Supporting the engineering team with migrations and infrastructure projects
- Analysing and resolving faults in 2nd-level support by phone and remote access
- Collaborating with the engineering team on more complex technical issues
- Planning and carrying out system maintenance and technical rollouts
- Personal advice and support for customers in daily IT operations
Our Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology or comparable professional experience
- Experience in operating and supporting Microsoft-based IT infrastructures
- Good knowledge in the area of clients, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and network
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and varied tasks
- High willingness to learn and interest in new technologies
- Very good German language skills
- Driving licence category B
