IT Support Specialist / End User Services (m/f/d)

In this role, you ensure that the digital workplace functions reliably and that IT services remain stable, understandable and usable in everyday life. As an IT Operations Specialist, you handle incidents and service requests at 1st and 2nd level, support users with hardware and software issues, and document requests, solutions and standards meticulously. You take on user and permission management, handle onboarding and offboarding, maintain user accounts, roles and access rights, and assist with license management. You are also responsible for preparing, issuing and collecting end devices, managing printers, workstations and meeting room technology, and contributing to moves, workstation changes and new installations. By maintaining operational and support documentation, complying with security and compliance requirements, and participating in continuous improvements, you ensure a clean, reliable IT operation.
Responsibilities:
Central support for employees with IT questions and sustainable resolution of incidents and service requests within the workplace environment
Administration of digital identities and permissions as well as structured handling of all IT-relevant processes during personnel changes
Responsibility for the operational lifecycle of workplace hardware including provision, collection, reinstallation and support during internal site changes
Active improvement of IT services through maintained knowledge and operational documentation, standardised procedures and consistent consideration of security and compliance
Qualifications:
Solid IT training background and experience in a support, service desk or workplace function
Basic know-how in identity and access management as well as understanding of standardised IT service and operational processes
Customer-oriented personality with a strong quality awareness, structured approach and enjoyment of direct user contact
Independent and cooperative working style combined with clear communication and confident German and English skills
