Our client is a leading Swiss company nationwide, firmly established in the building envelope and craft technology sector. With over 120 employees, the company combines traditional values with modern dynamism. For the central location in the Oberaargau region, we are looking for a proactive personality who not only manages HR but actively shapes it.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Employee Lifecycle: Responsibility for the entire HR process from recruitment through onboarding to offboarding

• Payroll & Admin: Independent handling of monthly payroll runs including time tracking and absence management

• Hub: Competent contact person for employees, line managers as well as authorities and social insurance

• Development: Organisation of internal training and team events

• Projects: Design and implementation of future-oriented HR projects (e.g. digitalisation, process optimisation)

• Commercial basic training as well as solid professional experience in HR generalism

• HR-specific further training (e.g. HR specialist with federal certificate or personnel assistant) is a great advantage

• High affinity for numbers, analytical thinking and a structured working method

• Absolute discretion, empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people from various cultures and professional groups (office & construction site)

• Confident use of MS Office, experience with industry software (e.g. Sorba) is an advantage

• Fluent German, additional foreign language skills are a welcome asset
