A fantastic HR team, active throughout Switzerland, tackling new challenges and keeping a smile even in the busiest moments, supports you in this exciting mission. In your role as HR Business Partner, you will be responsible, within the dynamic environment of TRAVECO Transporte AG, a fenaco subsidiary, for independently managing the sites in French-speaking Switzerland, working closely with the line managers.
Exciting tasks
- Advising and supporting the managers and employees of TRAVECO Transporte AG at the Puidoux and Sierre sites
- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process (writing job advertisements, receiving applications, pre-selection, recruitment interviews and telephone interviews)
- Responsibility for the entire personnel administration process, from entry to exit (preparing contracts and work certificates, work permit applications, preparing terminations and termination confirmations)
- Implementing disciplinary measures and supporting interviews
- Implementing HR strategies and acting as an active sparring partner for managers
- Perfect application of HR policies and procedures, while being proactive in proposing improvements
- Point of contact for internal clients for any questions related to Human Resources.
Profile sought
- To successfully accomplish these varied tasks, you have completed specialised training in Human Resources and have several years of proven experience in HR management
- You are bilingual French-German or have at least a certified B2 level in spoken German
- You are willing to undertake business trips (holder of a driving licence and vehicle available)
- We wish to meet a pragmatic, autonomous and resilient personality with strong social skills and a respectful and appreciative attitude in business, focused more on finding solutions than analysing problems
- You have an interest in operational HR work in a dynamic and down-to-earth transport sector environment, and you are willing to actively participate in designing cross-cutting themes (processes, projects)
- You have good knowledge of MS Office, and are familiar with Talentsoft, Swiss+, SAPHCM
