Cloud & Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

You don’t just want to operate systems but actively modernise IT landscapes? In this role, you accompany customers on their journey to the cloud, implement modern workplace solutions, and technically execute demanding infrastructure projects. You take responsibility from analysis to successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
Cloud & Modern Workplace
You develop Microsoft 365 and cloud environments further and implement modern workplace solutions
You work with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Exchange Online and Teams
You plan and implement client lifecycle projects with Intune, Autopilot and Endpoint Management
You support customers with migrations to hybrid and cloud-based environments
Infrastructure & Projects
You plan and implement infrastructure, security, network and backup projects
You maintain and develop Windows Server and Active Directory environments
You conduct technical analyses and current state assessments and develop suitable solution concepts
You participate in onboardings, operational takeovers and modernisation initiatives
Customers & Support
You are the technical contact person for customers and support them directly on site
You assist with demanding cases in 2nd and 3rd level support
You document systems and solutions clearly and professionally
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in system engineering with a focus on Microsoft technologies
Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and hybrid infrastructures
Knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft Security or Endpoint Management is an advantage
Experience with technologies in the areas of network, firewall, backup, server or storage is a plus
Ideally, you have already implemented customer projects in an IT service environment
You work independently, structured and pragmatically
You appreciate direct exchange with customers and enjoy travelling
Driving licence category B
