Intern Process Mapping - Internship between 6 and 12 months - 100%
As a process mapping intern, you will collaborate with our Process Optimisation and Automation department to model, analyse and improve our internal processes. This internship is aimed at someone currently in training wishing to gain practical experience.
What you do on a daily basis
In close collaboration with the various teams, you will discover their operations and develop a comprehensive understanding of the activities and interactions within the company.
You will participate in modelling and analysing existing processes. You will create detailed process maps using the Bizagi tool, applying the BPMN methodology.
Based on your analyses, you will identify areas for improvement and contribute to proposing performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs. You will also participate in preparing process modelling workshops.
What you bring to the team
A final-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in engineering, computer science, management or a related field, you are looking for an internship to validate your degree through ECTS credits, or you are seeking a gap internship between your Bachelor’s and Master’s. You have good analytical skills and can translate business needs into concrete solutions.
You are proficient in MS Office environments, especially Excel. Good knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI) is an advantage, and familiarity with process modelling tools such as BPMN or UML is an additional asset.
You demonstrate flexibility, proactivity and autonomy in carrying out your tasks. Your sense of priorities, organisation and attention to detail, as well as your respect for procedures, allow you to work rigorously. As a native French speaker, you ideally have knowledge of German, which is an asset.
Your benefits
- 40 hours per week for a 100% position
- Flexible working hours
- Collaborative, egalitarian and respectful work environment for all
- Internal professional training
