About Us
Muller Immobilier Gestion de Projets SA is a dynamic company active in the development, promotion, and management of property projects. To support all our entities and accompany our growth, we are looking for a versatile, autonomous, and meticulous accountant to join our team.
Your Mission
Accounting & Finance
- Maintaining the complete financial accounting for 3 entities.
- Autonomous management of supplier and debtor accounting for 4 entities.
- Preparation and control of VAT returns.
- Active participation in closing and finalising tasks (periodic and annual).
Property Management & Support for Property Developments
- Rental management: drafting leases, charge/electricity statements, organising inspections and key handovers.
- Administrative follow-up of projects: maintaining financial planners, managing reservation contracts, monitoring notarial deeds and general contractors.
- Maintenance: routine technical follow-up and organising repairs.
General Administration & IT
- Filing, archiving, and physical and digital organisation of accounting and legal documents.
- First-level IT support (resolving simple faults, managing equipment, printers, and internet connections) — a plus.
Your Profile
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification.
- At least an edupool.ch specialised accountant certificate (or proven experience in a similar role). Interest in the Federal Diploma as a finance and accounting specialist is appreciated.
- Previous successful experience in accounting, ideally within a property management or development company.
- Proficiency in Crésus accounting and invoicing software (a major asset).
- Excellent organisational skills, rigour, precision, and analytical mindset.
- High autonomy, proactivity, and solution-oriented approach.
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent oral/written communication in French with various stakeholders (tenants, brokers, notaries).
- Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office, with excellent Excel skills).
