Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You carry out bookkeeping and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- You control accounts payable and receivable as well as payment transaction processes.
- You handle dunning procedures and monitor open items.
- You assist in the preparation of financial reports and budget planning.
- You perform VAT returns and Intrastat reports.
- You are the contact person for tax-related questions and collaborate with external tax advisors.
- You continuously optimise and further develop accounting processes.
- You participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses.
Qualifications:
- You have completed commercial basic training with further education in finance (e.g. Swiss Federal Diploma in Financial Accounting, Fiduciary Expert).
- You have several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in an international environment.
- You have sound knowledge of Swiss tax law and experience in preparing tax returns.
- You are confident in using MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- You possess analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers.
- You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner.
- You are a team player and have good communication skills.
- You have business fluent German and good English skills.
