Accounting Assistant - Accounts Payable - 100%

Our Auxiliary Accounting department is looking for a:

Accounting Assistant - Accounts Payable - 100%

Your mission:

- Ensure the daily processing of supplier invoices:

o Sorting received documents according to the input schedule;

o Entering invoices in compliance with current data and processes;

o Verifying supporting documents related to debit notes;

o Regular monitoring of supplier accounts;

o Managing reminders;

o Monitoring electronic invoices (EDI);

o Resolving billing issues;

o Following up on supplier disputes.

- Ensure the updating and maintenance of the supplier database.

- Collaborate with various departments and suppliers on specific projects and for resolving complex cases.

- Participate in internal control activities.

Your profile:

- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee.

- You have initial experience in accounting.

- Comfortable with numbers, you master common office tools (MS Office), particularly Excel.

- Knowledge of Sage X3 is an advantage.

- Reliable and meticulous, you demonstrate perseverance and have excellent interpersonal skills.
