Purchasing & Internal Services Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You process orders and coordinate delivery dates with suppliers.
You regularly check stock levels and report necessary reorders.
You prepare import and transport documents for the respective shipments.
You record and check goods receipts.
You coordinate external logistics service providers and organise the required transports.
You keep price and customer data up to date in the relevant systems.
You coordinate repackaging work and the deployment of hourly-paid employees for the warehouse.
You handle customer orders, enquiries, and complaints via various channels.
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship or comparable professional qualification
Professional experience in purchasing, order processing, or customer service
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Experience with CRM systems and digital work platforms
Independent and structured working style with a high quality awareness
Strong customer orientation and confident handling of different contacts
Very good German skills as well as good written and spoken English skills
Good spoken French skills for regular communication
