Accountant with Payroll Function (m/f/d)
Role:
Your roleFor our ROCKEN partner, a security service provider successfully operating for over 30 years with more than 500 employees, we are looking for a committed individual for the accounting and payroll area at the St. Gallen location. You will take on a versatile range of tasks between payroll and financial accounting in the ERP system Abacus and contribute to the smooth processing of financial processes.
Responsibilities:
You manage payroll accounting in Abacus and monitor compliance with the GAV regulations in the security services sector
You manage financial accounting in Abacus and record as well as monitor creditors
You prepare quarterly VAT returns
You assist with invoicing and the dunning process
You prepare annual financial statements and quarterly closings
You support audits by various control bodies
You conduct liquidity planning and assist in budget preparation
Qualifications:
You have very good knowledge of the ERP software Abacus (payroll accounting, creditors/debtors, personnel and order management)
You have completed commercial training with further education as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma or comparable further education
You bring at least three to four years of professional experience in managing payroll accounting
You have solid knowledge of Office 365 and excellent German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of Italian and French is an advantage
You are an entrepreneurial-minded person with a strong flair for numbers and work very precisely and efficiently
You convince through communication skills, resilience, reliability, discretion and loyalty
