Role:
You combine technical understanding with commercial know-how and want to support international customers? In this versatile position, you assist the technical sales support team, coordinate customer orders, and accompany international business processes.
Responsibilities:
You support international business customers and assist them with technical and commercial concerns.
You handle customer enquiries, quotations, and orders and ensure reliable order processing.
You assist in organising international deliveries and preparing relevant shipping documents.
You coordinate collaboration with the sales and export teams and ensure smooth information flow.
You accompany customer-related projects and support the development of suitable technical solutions.
Qualifications:
You have a technical or electrical engineering basic education with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as well as commercial further training.
You bring professional experience in technical customer support or internal sales.
You are interested in international business processes and ideally have experience in export and/or foreign trade.
You are confident in using MS Office, ERP, and document management systems.
You impress with organisational talent, communication skills, customer orientation, as well as an independent, careful, and reliable working style.
You have very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage.
