System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Support and further development of the customer infrastructure and IT services as well as close customer contact
Responsibility for the architecture of server, storage and data centre solutions
Operation and further development of the identity management solution
Management of resources and project collaboration to successfully implement projects
Optimisation and introduction of IT processes
Qualifications:
Completed IT training and at least 5 years of experience in system engineering
Solid experience in 2nd and 3rd level support
Strong communication and customer orientation as well as enjoyment of direct customer contact
Very good German language skills
