Site Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a company active in the management and operational control of construction projects in Geneva, a Project Manager / Site Manager. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and operational management of construction projects, from the tender phase through to delivery. You will ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality, while ensuring effective coordination between the various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from tender to delivery
• Plan and coordinate the different execution phases
• Organise and lead site meetings
• Coordinate design offices, contractors, and various partners
• Ensure financial monitoring of projects and control costs
• Guarantee adherence to schedules and quality of work
• Identify risks and anticipate issues to implement necessary corrective actions
• Provide regular reporting to management and clients
• Maintain a trusting relationship with clients and ensure commitments are met
• Anticipate upcoming project stages and needs

Profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in construction project management in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of project progression and its various phases
• Mastery of scheduling and monitoring timelines
• Strong skills in financial project management
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities
• Comfortable communicating with clients, contractors, and various agents
• Autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, and solution-oriented person
• Ability to unite different stakeholders around the same project
• Good analytical skills, initiative, and anticipation capacity
• Fluent French and professional English; German is an asset
