What you bring:

• Completed training as an automotive mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, agricultural or construction machinery mechanic with several years of professional experience
• Further training as an automotive diagnostician, technical clerk or similar is an advantage
• Experience in direct customer contact and skill in dealing with people and technology
• High willingness to learn and good comprehension skills
• Good knowledge of German
• Driving licence categories B / BE / A (categories C / D advantageous)
• Minimum age 25 years

Traffic experts at the Road Traffic Office of the Canton of Aargau play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient mobility. They inspect all types of vehicles – from passenger cars to heavy commercial vehicles and complex agricultural machinery – ensuring they meet technical and safety requirements. Additionally, traffic experts conduct driving tests for all categories – from motorcycles to cars and trailers.
