Your working environment
The Department of Finance and Resources with around 650 employees is a cross-sectional department responsible for ensuring that the canton has the resources necessary to fulfil its tasks.
The General Secretariat plans, manages and coordinates the overarching strategic and operational administrative activities. The staff provide partnership-based and effective leadership support for the head of the department and the divisions. Services include communication, personnel management, planning and controlling of business, accounting, project coordination, legal service and quality assurance.
