Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)

You design, implement, and operate cloud and hybrid infrastructures and continuously develop existing customer environments.
You analyse customer requirements, develop technical solutions, and support customers as a competent contact person by phone, email, and on-site.
You take on the planning, coordination, and management of IT infrastructure projects and accompany them from analysis to successful implementation.
You coordinate the project team, assume technical leadership, and ensure structured project execution including status reports, progress reports, and technical documentation.
You work closely with consulting and sales and ensure high service and project quality through your independent and customer-oriented working style.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as a platform developer EFZ (formerly system technician EFZ) and have several years of professional experience in system engineering.
You possess solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and OneDrive for Business.
You are willing to work outside regular hours if necessary for infrastructure migrations.
You convince with strong communication and teamwork skills, a high level of customer and service orientation, as well as a reliable and responsible working style.
You have very good German language skills, understand Swiss German, and can confidently communicate in English in technical documentation and professional exchanges.
