Following the departure of the incumbent, we are looking for our future
Facility Management Employee
Full-time position (100%)
Your mission
- Cleaning of common areas of buildings and surroundings
- Waste and recyclable materials valorisation
- Maintenance of green spaces and exteriors
- Minor maintenance, such as replacing light sources
- Service tasks, such as reading energy meters
Your Profile
- Proven experience in cleaning and building maintenance
- Proficiency with machines (scrubber dryer, single-disc machine)
- Good knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
- Good level of French, spoken and written
- Comfortable using a smartphone and Outlook
- Professional cleaning certificate (CFC) is an advantage
