Junior System Engineer ICT Infrastructure & Projects (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner has been planning, implementing, and maintaining standardised, optimised, and forward-looking IT and communication infrastructure solutions for companies for years. The scope of services ranges from the basic IT equipment of individual workstations to large and demanding network solutions for enterprise and carrier. The commitment and extensive know-how focus on system integration, hosting services, as well as IT services & maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Operation and maintenance of modern ICT systems with current technologies
Implementation of own small projects and active participation in customer projects
Support of the system engineering and project team with technical challenges
Work in the service desk for efficient resolution of customer inquiries
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation with high accuracy
Participation in presales in the development of concepts and offers
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ (platform development)
Initial product-specific further training is an advantage
Enthusiasm for modern ICT solutions and motivation to learn new things
Very good German language skills
