Role:
As a specialist in service for sanitary and heating systems, you are an expert in refrigeration and ventilation systems. You combine technical knowledge with a strong sense of customer service and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of systems.
Responsibilities:
- Operation and Commissioning: Responsible for the professional installation, commissioning, and operation of refrigeration and ventilation systems in the Eastern Switzerland region.
- Inspection and Maintenance Work: Independently carrying out maintenance and repair work to ensure operational safety.
- Troubleshooting: Recording and independently resolving faults in customer systems.
- Communication and Coordination: Close collaboration with team members and customers to successfully complete projects.
- Additional Orders: Acquisition and processing of additional work at customer sites.
Qualifications:
- Technical Training: Completed basic training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in a technical field, ideally focused on refrigeration and ventilation technology.
- Professional Experience: Solid knowledge and experience in handling refrigeration and ventilation systems.
- Social Competence: Strong communication skills and a polished appearance in customer contact.
- Flexibility: Willingness to participate in on-call duty at defined intervals.
- Driving Licence: Category B driving licence is mandatory.
- Language Skills: Good command of German, both spoken and written.
