Building Services Planner - Focus on Heating (m/f/d)

Role:
You design modern heating systems for buildings of all kinds - from the initial idea to successful implementation. You plan and realise efficient, sustainable, and future-oriented heating solutions and work closely with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Planning and implementation of heating systems in new and existing buildings
Creation of technical drawings, plans, and tender documents
Coordination with the trades of sanitary, ventilation, and electrical engineering
Advising customers on energy-efficient and sustainable heating concepts
Ensuring compliance with quality standards, norms, and regulations
Collaboration with architects, engineers, and clients throughout all project phases from project idea to realisation
Qualifications:
Completed training as a building services planner EFZ, specialising in heating
Experience in HVAC planning; CAD skills (e.g. Plancal Nova) are an advantage
Apprenticeship graduates are also welcome
Teamwork, reliability, and a structured and solution-oriented working method
