Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the smooth organisation of your Coop Pronto shop and ensure the implementation of Coop Pronto’s high standards
• You successfully manage the financial tasks including controlling the business management key figures of a Coop Pronto shop
• You take care of inventory management (orders, goods receipt checks and stock maintenance)
• You sell the products, advise customers and maintain the petrol station (if available)
• You ensure compliance, enforcement and control of legal requirements regarding quality assurance, youth protection and occupational safety
• You manage the employees: recruitment, onboarding, payroll and social benefits as well as compliance with labour law regulations (Code of Obligations and Labour Act)

Requirements

• You have completed training in retail (or a comparable sales qualification), preferably in food retail
• You have several years of leadership experience, possess high social competence and are an organisational talent
• You can provide total capital of CHF 125,000 to 145,000 – CHF 125,000 is required for a Coop Pronto shop with petrol station and CHF 145,000 for a Coop Pronto shop without petrol station. Pension fund assets cannot be used
• You enjoy active customer contact
• You like working with a team, are willing to manage daily tasks together and are motivated to run your own business with clear framework conditions
• High commitment, flexibility, strong customer and sales orientation as well as open and friendly communication are among your strengths
• Business and entrepreneurial thinking and acting complete your profile
• Your residence is preferably near the Coop Pronto shop or you are willing to relocate
• You master the regional national language in spoken and written form
