HR Administration Specialist (M/F) – 100%
For our Accès Personnel Lausanne branch, we are looking for an HR Administration Specialist (M/F).
Under the responsibility of the Branch Manager, you ensure the administrative management of temporary staff and provide daily support to Personnel Consultants. Thanks to your rigour, sense of service and mastery of HR processes, you contribute to the smooth running of the agency and the quality of the follow-up offered to our employees.
Your tasks:
Administration of temporary staff
- Establish and monitor assignment contracts, extensions and returns of signed documents
- Manage all administrative procedures related to the hiring of temporary staff, including work permits, family allowances, withholding tax, occupational pension scheme, etc.
- Administer access to the time entry software
- Make sickness and accident declarations and ensure their administrative follow-up
- Manage administrative procedures related to the end of assignments and departure of employees, including issuing work certificates and various attestations
- Keep temporary staff files up to date and archived
HR management and support
- Inform temporary staff about administrative and legal aspects related to their assignment, including remuneration, leave, sickness or accident absences and notice periods
- Record and update information relating to clients and employees in our internal software
- Produce various reports and data extractions
- Monitor developments in Collective Labour Agreements and the applicable legal framework
Your profile:
- You hold the HR Manager Certificate (mandatory)
- You have concrete experience in a similar HR administrative role in Switzerland (mandatory)
- You are proficient with common IT tools, especially MS Office
- Knowledge of conventions applicable to service leasing is a major asset
- You have an excellent sense of service and real interpersonal skills
- Organised, rigorous and versatile, you know how to manage priorities effectively
- You enjoy teamwork while being capable of working independently
- You demonstrate discretion and respect the confidentiality of processed information
