About the job
Movetia is the national agency for exchanges and mobility. At the request of the Confederation and the cantons, we promote exchange, mobility or cooperation activities at all levels of education - in Switzerland, Europe and worldwide.
Our vision: all young people should have a memorable experience in another linguistic or cultural region during their training. Because exchanges broaden perspectives, strengthen social cohesion and foster key skills for the future such as critical thinking, creativity, autonomy, open-mindedness and intercultural understanding. We thus contribute to the development of the Swiss education area - interconnected, diverse and forward-looking.
For our Vocational Training team, we are looking, as part of a maternity leave replacement, for two people who will support the operational implementation of our national and international mobility programmes, contributing to the successful completion of projects with rigour, a sense of service and attention to quality.
The position is to be filled from February to the end of October 2027 on a fixed-term contract. With the upcoming introduction of Erasmus+, the prospects of continuing the collaboration beyond this period are favourable.
Your tasks
You contribute to the implementation and quality of national and international mobility projects supported by Movetia. The focus is on advice, evaluation, project processing, final reports as well as reliable digital management of processes.
Your profile
What does Movetia offer you?
Much more than "just a job"! With us, you work on topics that inspire and bring people together. Within a team of about 55 motivated collaborators, you can have a real impact. Our corporate culture offers you a great deal of freedom and autonomy.
And also:
• A modern and pleasant office in the very centre of Bern
• A hybrid working model with up to two days of remote work per week
• Regular team events
• Flat-rate contributions for mobile phone and public transport
• Paid short breaks as well as a compensatory day when certain variable public holidays fall on a weekend
• Risk premiums for LPP and ANP insurances (pension fund and non-occupational accidents) are fully covered by Movetia
Have we aroused your interest? We look forward to receiving your complete application via our online portal!
Our Head of Vocational Training, Adult Education and Youth Activities, Daniel Plancic (daniel.plancic@movetia.ch), is happy to answer any questions.
