Head of Finance and Tax Administration (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF125,000 - 135,000Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a competent and proactive individual for a responsible leadership position in the finance sector. You will take on the professional and organisational leadership of the finance and tax administration and thus contribute significantly to the financial stability and further development of the organisation. You can expect a varied range of tasks with a high degree of personal responsibility and direct interaction with authorities and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
You lead the finance and tax administration professionally and organisationally and support the employees in their area of responsibility
You are responsible for budget, financial planning and year-end closing processes
You prepare financial reports and well-founded decision-making bases for authorities and administration
You ensure the correct management of the financial and operational accounting of various accounting units and organisations
You are responsible for payment transactions as well as liquidity management
You ensure the salary system, social insurances and payroll processes
You advise authorities and internal stakeholders on finance-related issues and contribute to the further development of structures, processes and workflows
Qualifications:
You have a completed education in finance and accounting and several years of professional experience
Ideally, you bring experience with public-law organisations as well as in public accounting according to HRM2
You have experience in budgeting, financial planning and year-end closing processes
You have knowledge in leading employees and projects
