Good software does not start with code.
It starts with the right questions.
What does the customer really need?
Which problem actually needs to be solved?
And how does an idea become software that works in the long term, remains scalable, and creates real added value?
This is exactly where your task begins.
You do not simply develop features according to specifications but combine customer understanding, technical architecture, and modern software development.
You work directly with customers, question requirements, and turn complex challenges into functioning solutions.
Together with experienced software engineers and UX specialists, you develop individual applications for different industries and demanding specialist areas.
Responsibilities:
Understand before building
You analyse professional and technical requirements together with customers.
You ask the right questions and help develop concrete and feasible solutions from ideas.
Shape architecture
You think beyond individual features and develop sustainable software architectures together with the team.
You make technical decisions with a view to quality, maintainability, and long-term development.
Develop modern software
You develop backend solutions with Java and modern technologies from the JVM environment.
You work with technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and REST.
You implement modern web applications with TypeScript and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
Work close to the customer
You work directly with customers and accompany projects from the first requirement to successful implementation.
You ensure that technical solutions are not only developed cleanly but also meet the actual needs of users.
Improve as a team
You collaborate with software engineers and UX specialists from different countries and disciplines.
You contribute your experience and simultaneously benefit from the knowledge and perspectives of your colleagues.
Rethink technology
You observe new technologies and assess where their use creates real added value.
You continuously develop professionally and actively bring new ideas into the team.
Qualifications:
You bring experience
You have at least five years of experience in professional software development.
You have already developed software that is operated, further developed, and maintained in the long term.
Java is your technical foundation
You have very good knowledge of Java and modern technologies of the JVM ecosystem.
Spring, Hibernate, and REST are part of your familiar technical environment.
You are also at home on the web
You have experience with TypeScript and modern web frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
Knowledge of Python is an additional plus.
You understand agile software development
You have experience with agile methods and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams.
You take responsibility for your solutions and think beyond your own area of tasks.
You are as good with people as with technology
You enjoy direct customer contact and can communicate technical topics understandably.
You listen, question requirements, and develop suitable solutions together with others.
You want to develop further
You are curious, eager to learn, and want to grow continuously both professionally and personally.
You bring initiative and do not wait for others to define the next step for you.
You are flexible
