Automation Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the independent and reliable handling of automation tasks from the conceptual phase to market launch
- In doing so, you create controls, wiring layouts and circuit diagrams according to specifications and standards
- You take into account software and mechanical boundary conditions and work in close partnership with the project team
- You select automation components and test new developments in the factory or directly on site with the customer
- Finally, you are responsible for continuous improvements in coordination with product and project management
Qualifications:
- You have a completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in automation technology / electrical engineering / mechatronics / systems engineering or a comparable qualification
- You already have professional experience in electrical design
- You have sound knowledge in the design and development of industrial machine control hardware and are proficient in using electrical CAD systems
- In this position, you take on project responsibility in the dual role as electrical engineer & sub-project manager
- For this, you possess very good communication skills in German and English and are willing to travel about 10%
