Project Manager Building Services HVAC (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementation of technical systems in various types of buildings, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary installations
- Management and coordination of projects from conception to acceptance, considering deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
- Preparation of technical concepts, planning documents, and tender documents.
- Customer advice and support as well as close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring of construction execution and quality assurance during implementation.
- Training and supervision of apprentices and junior staff in the field of building services engineering.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training or a qualification in heating, ventilation, or refrigeration
- Several years of professional experience in project management or technical project management are advantageous
- Several years of professional experience in planning and implementing technical systems in buildings.
- Sound knowledge in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and electrical engineering.
- Experience in project management as well as good knowledge of project management methods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as customer orientation.
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
