Ensure first level support by receiving, prioritising and processing IT requests, fault reports and change requests
Error analysis and troubleshooting on workstation systems, mobile devices and servers, including cybersecurity and data security
Installation, maintenance and administration of user accounts, access rights, policies as well as backup management
Support in the implementation and modernisation of ICT projects as well as creation and maintenance of IT documentation and guides
Qualifications:
Completed IT specialist EFZ training or equivalent IT qualification
High team spirit and cooperative collaboration in the IT environment
Strong technical know-how and quick analytical comprehension
Service-oriented working with enjoyment in user support and direct customer contact
Confidential handling of sensitive company data and pronounced sense of responsibility
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
